Happy belated new year

Well I had a lovely chritmas and new year break. Enjoyed two weeks off from the studio but been back in there getting ready for shows and exhibitions over the next few months. I delivered some work to the Ropewalk Gallery in North Lincolnshire this morning. Its an exhibition entiltled Illuminate and will be on until the end of february. See my exhibitons page for more details. Now I’m getting ready for the British Craft and Design fair in Harrogate- a trade event so hopefully will meet some new contacts. I am also trying to organise somewhere to do some embroidery workshops so if your interested in joining one send me an email and I’ll let you know if I find a good location to hold them. Thought I’d put a photograph of my new loom that I bought last summer- its great to be able to produce bigger pieces. The photo was taken at the Christmas Open Studio event. Which reminds me- Banks’ Mill are having a summer and christmas open studio weekends this year- watch this space for further details.
